Clinical work
Main /Nowadays the Institute - Russia's largest clinical, scientific and educational institution in the field of traumatology and orthopedics, which includes 22 clinical and 10 scientific departments. There are 760 beds for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with traumas and orthopedic pathology. Work collective counts 1340 employees, including 181 doctor, 386 nurses, 112 researchers, including 12 professors, 30 doctors of medical science and 71 candidates of medical science. Medical-diagnostic base equipped with the most modern facilities. Operating rooms equipped according to the latest achievements of world medical science and technology, that allows to perform more than 14,000 high-tech surgical operations every year for treatment of injuries and musculoskeletal system diseases, its consequences and complications.
