Outpatient surgery and consultations are performed by 112 highly qualified specialists of Institute clinical departments (professors, docents, doctors and candidates of medical sciences, heads of departments, specialists with the highest qualification category) respectively the profile of certain hospital department work as well as narrow specialists with extensive experience in treatment of internal diseases of patients with pathology of musculoskeletal, nervous systems and vascular pathology.

The clinic performs its own operating outpatient treatment, including outpatient surgery.
In polyclinic treatment rooms and dressing rooms ligations, various manipulations, blockades, the imposition and removal of plaster casts, droppers, injections and other procedures can be performed.
